The 2019 DEW Expo took place at the Marina Del Rey Marriott in Los Angeles’s famed Silicon Beach, a region home to over 500 tech-startup companies. The technology-focused expo explored “The Power of Creativity and Influence” and attracted creators, brands and platforms to explore the ways technology and content companies bring new experiences to life. Presenting at the expo were speakers from tech-powerhouses including Facebook, Google, Forbes, Microsoft and more.
On Sunday, February 10, O’Gara Coach Beverly Hills hosted its first Sunset GT of 2019 at Sunset Plaza. Sunset GT welcomed the car community to experience a cars and coffee featuring Los Angeles’s most exclusive collection of exotic and luxury vehicles. Despite morning rain in the forecast, the sold-out show attracted over 500 spectators.
On March 8, 2019 McLaren Beverly Hills will partner with One Night for One Drop to auction a special MSO Racing through the Ages Collection 570S Spider. One Night for One Drop is an annual philanthropic event in which Cirque du Soleil cast and crew donate their talent and time to create a spectacular theatrical show in support of One Drop, an international non-profit organization dedicated to proving access to safe water.
On Monday, January 14th, McLaren Beverly Hills celebrated the launch of the new McLaren 720S Spider. The vehicle stretched its legs on a morning open-air drive throughout Beverly Hills, showcasing a sleek Supernova Silver body and luxe Vintage Tan interior.
On Tuesday evening, McLaren Beverly Hills, in conjunction with McLaren Special Operations (MSO), the bespoke division of McLaren Automotive, joined forces to celebrate the ‘Racing Through the Ages’ collection. This worldwide exclusive event unveiled six one-of-a-kind vehicles by MSO, commissioned by McLaren Beverly Hills, through a special evening of entertainment hosted by magician Frankie Foti and actor Aldis Hodge.
Upon arrival guests were taken through a branded maze of McLaren luxury sportscars and super cars, enhanced by 3D elements and an array of paneled walls with images from the iconic British brand. The grand reveal presented by Aldis Hodge in conjunction with co-host Frankie Foti featured a series of incredible magic tricks, from fog smoke to key appearances, designed to unveil each of the six bespoke MSO vehicles which had been until then disguised under black stealth sheets.
